A unique opportunity to hear rare string quartets led by award winning chamber music stylist and publisher, Ron Erickson. Guests artists include Summer Brenner, novelist, Charles Lucke, photographer, Gael Alcock, Sue Draheim, Rachel Durling, and Madeline Prager, strings. Music composed by Larry London, Gabriel Faure, and Eduardo Rovira.

On Sunday, July 16, The United Pool Council and City of Berkeley present In Celebration of Swimming 2006 Pool Party Open House at King Pool,on Hopkins Street near Colusa, 5:30-8:30 p.m.

Free Swimming, live music by “Mark of Choro” and “Lua”, Demos of diving, synchronized swimming, swim techniques, and pot luck barbeque.
