Los Chicos de Codornices

Los Chicos de Codornices is no longer active

Children of Codornices, known as "Los Chicos", was concerned with the needs of children, their families and caregivers at Codornices Park. In particular, they focussed on the areas of the park which are most used by children and families: the two playgrounds (one for tots and the other for elementary age children), as well as the picnic tables, lawns, and basketball court. The efforts of our group are meant to be complimentary to the work of Los Amigos de Codornices, which has done much to improve or rehabilitate the natural features of the park, such as the creek and trails.
